WHAT ROLE MENTAL HEALTH PLAYS IN OUR LIVES

Mental health is a very overshadowed thing. It is also very irrelevant in our society. We also take it for granted but it is a very serious thing to think about. We should pay attention to it just like we pay to normal things. It can change our life drastically and we don't know about it. A major part of it is overthinking and growing a thick skin on the internet.  

Overthinking is a very bad habit. Many times you have seen these people overthink a thing that is not worthy of that much thinking. They think that such a thing that thinking starts having a dark affection on their mind and also that effect shows in their daily lives.

It is a very serious thing and anyone who has a habit like that should know about that and also work on that mental health has its own importance in everyone's life. It will affect your daily life and day-to-day work it is very dangerous to your health and because of it you will feel like you are stuck at one point and life is not going anywhere and you are gonna end up in depression and anxiety. It will take your mental peace and day-to-day life at a very high-risk point which is also a very dangerous thing.

overthinking can happen for so many reasons some of them are self-doubt, self-esteem issues, concern about repeating past mistakes and a very old traumatic event, or being bullied by someone in past repetitively and it has many more reasons to happen. In rare cases, a miss managed household and a bad home environment are also a cause of it. 

Sadly in our society words like mental health and overthinking don't exist or in some rare cases, they exist but don't have the same meaning that they have globally. So it is very important to spread awareness about that and do as most as possible in this because it is a good deed to aware people of what they are not.

The most effective thing we can do is to spread awareness about it among our children because they are the future of us and they don't have to face those things and problems like we are facing these days and it is slightly easy to spread the awareness among them about anything than the teenagers, youngsters, menials and the old ones.

If we look somebody worried or in the stage of overthinking we should explain to him/her how dangerous it is to his/her daily life and it is also a good deed to guide someone in the condition of sorrow and worry because some word delivered from your mouth can help someone make his/her feel good and get him some hope to live and also they can make someone that broken and suicidal.

It gives a big hope that it has also a day dedicated to mental health 10th of October when the world celebrates mental health day there are some people in our country too who spread awareness about it in our country. I personally think that we should be thank full to those who are trying to fix this problem and make the world a better and livable place day by day, we should also be thankful because we got those people in our lives that cares for us and love you.
