A lot of times we see many people surrounded by sadness all the time around us. Whenever you try to know what is happening in their lives you get shocked by knowing the fact that they are sad all the time no matter what is happening in the world they just be sad by their own conditions
there will be a lot of times when you think everything in their lives is going well or they are doing good in their lives but your curiosity will end up by knowing the same thing again and again. It will make you so anxious at some times that you get forced to think, how a man can be sad all the time?. How can life be so unfair only with them? How can this be possible that every time you ask or try to know their condition something bad is going on in their lives?
You will get shocked by knowing that that is not the case. It is a pretty fastly normalizing phenomenon that people forget about what things are special in their lives and what real happiness means to them they forget the real idea of happiness, Joy, and forgiveness mean in their lives and start being ungrateful to those things which have been given to them which no one has.
not all the people of the world get all the things they want in lives it can be anything big or small, Real or fake, and right or wrong behind a person's sadness, It can be a condition, It can be a household problem or it can be a wish of him which is not getting completed and now he/ she is upset about that.
If a person is dealing with a problem daily and not getting any solution to it then after some time they get used too of being sad and getting the sympathy of the people around them by telling them they are not well. A lot of times people don't know about what they are doing and how bad it is towards their relations between them and others. It is a fast normalizing phenomenon that people do now, not under their own knowledge but unknowingly.
These people have forgotten the idea of being happy and giving happy vibes. They just want to tell others that they are not happy and life is specifically unfair to them and if this habit gets permanent then after some time all the people around that person are gonna leave or go far from that person because no one want to be with a person who is sad all the time.
You can help those people by explaining this phenomenon and trying to end this habit by letting them know about the idea of being happy and how to do it.
