e see happiness many times in our lives but we only remember those happy times or happiness when its soo big and worth celebrating,  like when you got your first job or when you got full marks in your exams when you got out of a very serious situation or something like that but there are also some small moments of happiness happen in our lives that we easily forget like when you have to go for a meeting or anywhere else and you get your favorite shirt washed and pressed when you meet your friend after a week or you get to be friend with those who you want to be in your life.

There is a very enormous amount of happiness hidden in these types of moments if you try to see it remember when you got your first computer or a toy that you have a desire to play with. Remember that first touch remember what it felt like. These days. Things like that may not matter to us that much but at that time these small moments of happiness and joy felt like they should be never ended that can't happen because change is the law of the world everything which exists has to change itself to be in existence.

Sometimes we think that why we can't feel those moments like we felt them before. When we were kids but if we see around there is no shortage of small moments full of happiness in our daily lives but the difference between that time and now is then we were free of all kinds of stress and anxiety and had no stress at all but now our lives have become a jar full of stress and anxiety that is the main reason behind why we can't celebrate small happiness in these days.

We need to understand that we do not enjoy these times. Our lives would be a very hectic thing to deal with and it will also lead a bad effect on our health too. Try to learn how to deal with those types of situations when you find yourself stuck in something and how to make yourself happy.
