Stress and tension are the most common part of our daily life. We live in a society where technology has concurred the world and those who are not using it have been left behind but with the ease of doing all the things stress and tension also come with it.
It is very easy to get stressed out in this era, One can easily get tense about something or some topic just by spending some time searching for it on the internet. It can be anything that can stress you out in a matter of minutes, it can be a video of someone doing a bad thing or a school assignment or a project you are working on, It can also happen by thinking about something again and again because when your mind is focused on something you start lacking on other things and make small mistakes first you don't notice them but soon you realize that you have been making a lot of mistakes and the cycle goes on.
Behind every tension, there is a solution of it hidden and it can be found just by getting out of that tension, There are a lot of ways you can deal with stress and tension you just have to work on your mind to make it able to take some stress on it and try to solve the main problem which is causing it in the first place
A huge population of the world is facing stress daily and the cause behind most of it is their mindset and lacking acceptance. People see a video of anything happening which is not according to their thoughts and get offended by it. without thinking about it on different levels which causes stress, thinking about something in a negative way, again and again, brings exhaustion and the human mind starts getting exhausted it starts lacking functioning.
When the min of a human is not working properly he makes mistakes in normal daily tasks which brings a lot more stress and pain to the human. You should never think some thing that deeply and again and again and even if you are thinking something deeply don't think about it consecutively again and again
If you feel like you are thinking again and again about one thing and start getting exhausted you should immediately take a break and make yourself comfortable by doing something which calms you and then continues normally.
