Anything which breaks a person's confidence can get him into this condition but there are some remedies to cure it if anyone has it.

There are a lot of things you can do to cure this condition, These things also come in handy in making your confidence level up.

you can try to learn stress reduction skills to make your confidence level up, By having a skill you can achieve the attention you needed in the first place.

The physical exercise

you can maintain your social skills and reduce them by doing exercises daily.

Get Enough sleep 

Maybe you are unable to interact because your mind is not functioning properly and you need sleep, By sleeping enough sleep you can get your mind to work on the thing on which it should be working.

Avoided caffeine or any dopamine-releasing substance

by avoiding dopamine-releasing substances you enter a state of mental peace it can't be easy to avoid a good hot cup of tea or coffee but it's necessary.

Social anxiety is not shyness it is a lot bigger than this and it should be seen as a mental condition to cure.
